Our overall experience was excellent, as usual. Just to be helpful, a few things that might make it even better: (1) The new air-conditioning system doesn't work yet, and employees seem confused about how it can or should be used. (2) The creaking floors in room 410 wake people up at night. (3) The television in the living room has terrible sound quality! It's hard to understand even in English, and understanding it in German is (for us English-speakers) almost impossible. An auxiliary sound bar would be a be a big improvement.
