We came without any expectations, as we did not really know the place. But WAUV, when we entered our room we were very surprised. Handwritten welcome note, robes and slippers - we really loved it, and look forward to coming back.

Dear Lars Duelund,

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay so thoroughly and positively.

We are delighted to read that you arrived without high expectations and were then all the more pleasantly surprised by your suite and the thoughtful touches. We are very pleased to receive your praise for the spacious and tastefully furnished accommodation, as we place great importance on creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

We also greatly appreciate your positive feedback regarding the straightforward and helpful check-in process, as well as the top marks for cleanliness, location, and value for money. Your feedback is a wonderful motivation for our entire team to continue providing our guests with passion and care.

Regarding the steam sauna, we regret that you apparently overlooked the button to start it, which is located outside on the right side. We are working to make it more clearly marked for guests and thank you for bringing it to our attention.

We would be very happy to welcome you back again soon and once more impress you with our service.

This hotel is in an ideal location. Less than a block from transportation. Cafés restaurants. It’s a very good neighborhood. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel. I would stay here again.

My stay at your property was pleasant. The only negative aspect concerned the television service: there were no Italian channels available. I would like to point out that Italy is geographically very close to Germany, while Arabic TV channels were available. I believe that adding a selection of Italian channels would be a service appreciated by many guests.
