I felt that the atmosphere of the hotel was very good, and the lady at the front desk was very warm, including the introduction of check-in. The overall is comfortable, if the bedding and pillows can be adjusted according to my requirements, it would be better.

So sorry to read you were on-site during a bigger disinfection process with rather intense smells. This is and should not be the lingering case however.
Your comments regarding personal feel of the bed and pillows are valuable to us. We regret that you found the setup too soft for an energizing night's sleep. Let us know about any of these points directly during or before your next stay and we shall be happy to set up the room and bed accordingly -- we do have a variety of pillows and topper additions to chose from as well as other add-ons up our sleeves.
