Louisa's Place got me out of a real sticky situation as my original hotel hadnt completed my booking so had no room for me, The team here found a room within minutes notice and were super helpful and professional. I will for sure be staying here and not at the other location from now on! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

In regards to the A/C we´ll make a note for your upcoming stay to assign a room on the upper floors, as we are working with mobile A/C units on the lower floors and installed A/C units on the upper floors in order to keep all our guests cool during hot summer nights.

the experience in the hotel was amazing. staff where so friendly and the rooms are spacious and the hotel affords a great location to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. would highly recommend a visit.
