Wonderful!

Dear Mr. L.,

Thank you very much for your positive feedback and kind words about your stay with us. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your time at Louisa's Place and that you were particularly impressed by our service and cleanliness.

Your comment regarding the USB charging ports in the rooms is very valuable to us, as we always strive to offer our guests a modern and comfortable experience. In regards to the sauna, we regret that you did not give us the chance to turn it on for you as it only needs 20 minutes to get on temperature and our steam room is available all day long to cover the waiting time. We kindly ask for your understanding that for environmental reasons the sauna is not turned on from morning to evening in summer as it´s otherwise usually winter. Our team would have been more than happy to assist.

We hope that you will have an equally pleasant experience with us next time and look forward to welcoming you back real soon!
With kind regards from Berlin, Your team @ Louisa´s Place

We were very lucky to have been able to stay here but unfortunately it was too expesive to stay any longer.

Dear H.-family,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you praised the rooms, service, cleanliness, and location of our hotel so positively. We really appreciate your feedback!

We regret that the price did not allow you to stay longer this time, but we hope that you´ll found it worth the delivered services and well spend as we try our very best every day to deliver the best possible guest experience.

It would be a pleasure to welcome you again in the future and maybe then you´ll even have the possibilitiy to stay a litte longer ... ;)
