חייבו אותי במעמד צק אין ולא בציק אאוט

Thank you for taking the effort to evaluate your stay in our house.

Obviously there was a misunderstanding in the billing of the late check-out you requested.
We sincerely apologise that we did not succeed in making you understand the correctness of the agreed calculation of the late check-out fee.

We have, of course, checked the billing again based on your assessment.
However, this only confirmed the correctness of the hotel invoice issued.

Offensichtlich gab es ein Missverständnis bei der Abrechnung des von Ihnen gewünschten Late-check-outs.
Wir entschuldigen uns von ganzem Herzen, dass es uns nicht gelungen ist, Ihnen die Richtigkeit der vereinbarungsgemäßen Berechnung der late check out Gebühr verständlich zu machen.

Wir haben selbstverständlich auf Grund Ihrer Bewertung die Abrechnung nochmals geprüft.
Allerdings hat dies auch nur die Richtigkeit der erteilten Hotelrechnung bestätigt.
