It's inconvenient that the parking lot has to be opened by the concierge. This involves unnecessary waiting times. A code for exit and entry would be more convinient for everyone.
But the overall experience was excellent

Nice hotel with large, light rooms, yet not anymore up to date :-)

Very good room and friendly staff super comfy bed

Globalement l’expérience était plutôt bonne je recommande cette hôtel juste améliorer vos promesses sur les chambres et le personnel est très agréable et sympathique Merci
Je dois revenir bientôt j’espère avoir une nouvelle suite…

Had a wonderful stay in the elegant, beautiful hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast Immensely, staff at restaurant was very attentive, professional! The food was great!

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was one of my wife's favorite in the world based upon our first visit. This visit couldn't have been more different. Instead of a joyous 20th wedding anniversary celebration we were treated condescendingly and with indifference by staff, mediocre breakfasts, and our last night was intolerable due to heat (the air conditioning was turned off the prior night according to staff). Overall, the stay was unacceptable and far below 5-star standard. I want my money back...
