Thank you sincerely for such a detailed and generous evaluation.

We’re delighted that your stay stood out in so many ways—from the spacious, quiet and immaculately maintained suite to the exceptional comfort of the bedding. It’s wonderful to know that our location, just a short walk from the canals and some of Milan’s best dining spots, added to the ease of your visit.

Your appreciation of the team’s care, attention, and ability to welcome you in French is especially meaningful to us, as hospitality is at the heart of our identity. We’re also pleased that breakfast and the restaurant lived up to your expectations and that the overall value felt right given the experience offered.

Thank you for recommending our Hotel à Parfum with such enthusiasm.

We truly hope to welcome you back for another sensory-driven stay in Milan, shaped by comfort, fragrance and Italian excellence.

My Best Personal Regards,

I have stayed many times at the hotel. It is a great hotel but you need to get a smith machine at the gym which I have told you for ages. Also WIFI should be a lot quicker.

Dear Matthew,

Thank you for your loyalty and for sharing your thoughts with us.

We’re delighted to know you continue to enjoy your stays at our Hotel à Parfum. Your feedback on the gym equipment is truly appreciated — the addition of a smith machine is something we continue to evaluate with care.

We’re sorry to hear that the garden light and seasonal ventilation settings affected your comfort — your feedback is very valuable, and our team is already reviewing possible improvements to enhance nighttime privacy and air circulation.

Please note that our winter climate system is designed to maintain optimal temperature, and our staff is always available to adjust it or provide alternative solutions to ensure a more pleasant rest.

We’re sorry to hear that the new meal policy was disappointing for you. Some menu options now have an additional cost, as they belong to a premium selection designed to offer more variety — but our staff is always happy to guide guests through all complimentary and à‑la‑carte choices so there are no surprises.

Regarding the WiFi, we offer different connectivity tiers so each guest can choose the speed that best suits their needs, and our team is always happy to assist in selecting the most suitable option.

We look forward to welcoming you back and making your next visit even more enjoyable.

My Best Personal Regards,
Barbara
