Buono. Posizione tranquilla .Forse un po’ troppo tranquillo

Gentile Alberto,

It's inconvenient that the parking lot has to be opened by the concierge. This involves unnecessary waiting times. A code for exit and entry would be more convinient for everyone.
But the overall experience was excellent

Hello Susanne,

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback on your recent experience at our hotel.

We're truly delighted that your stay was excellent overall and that you appreciated the Suite, the location, the cleanliness, and the courtesy of our staff. The fact that you would recommend us to friends or colleagues fills us with satisfaction and encourages us to continue offering a high level of service.

We've taken note of your comment regarding the parking lot opening system. We understand how inconvenient the wait can be, and we thank you for suggesting a possible solution that could make the experience even smoother for all our guests.

We hope to welcome you back soon for another unforgettable stay!

Nice hotel with large, light rooms, yet not anymore up to date :-)

Dear Jens Abend,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your recent experience at our hotel.

We're happy you appreciated the brightness and spaciousness of the rooms, which we consider essential for a pleasant and relaxing stay. It's nice to know that the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff also contributed to your positive experience.

We've noted your concerns regarding the electrical issues and the lack of storage space in the bathroom. Your feedback is valuable because it helps us identify areas where we can work to offer an increasingly modern and comfortable experience.

We hope to welcome you again in the future and offer you an even more satisfying stay.
