We thought the hotel was in an ideal location. we had issues with staff 1. cleaner trying to get into the room at 9am saying it was priority even though we we were in the room 2. Breakfast was over-priced and waiter gave me bill to immediately sign as i sat down and kept returning to collect it, the breakfast i ordered was incorrect (staff didn't understand poached eggs) and turned up late 3. Reception was not interested in cleaner coming into the room 4. Reception just quoted a final figure to pay and was reluctant to provide a breakdown before payment, saying we will refund you if incorrect. On that basis probably wouldn't return
