Overall experience exceeded our expectations. The overall hotel space was lovely from arrival to departure, everyone was kind and welcoming. Hotel could improve with having an initial list of recommendations (e.g; places to dine for breakfast/lunch/dinner outside of their own restaurant, highlight local places worthwhile to visit). While the iPad in the room was interesting, I found its functionality lacking and connectivity poor. While I love touches of technology where it creates better experiences, I feel this was not necessary and overall due to performance not an efficient tool. Only other thing to note for our stay was wifi did not reliably work and on our last morning we discovered the Nespresso machine did not function, which tells me these things are not regularly checked for service. All being said, would return upon our next visit to Baden-Baden.
