This was our fourth time staying at the Maison-Messmer. It's been consistently outstanding every time even through the corporate change-over. We use it as a base to visit the spas in town, and for usually one or two day trips (e.g. Triberg, Strasbourg, Riquewihr.) Great place to start the day thanks to their breakfast, take a late afternoon break in the spa, and then walk out to town for dinner. The professionalism of the staff is outstanding. They are always smartly dressed, attentive and helpful to include recommendations on how to navigate the city or what trains to catch to visit outlying areas.
