Superb! From the moment we arrived ( our third visit now ) to the kind and attentive Spa Staff, I can only offer my highest praise. We were visiting in order to celebrate the birthday of my God daughter. Our stay was perfect.

Alles perfekt! Parkplätze etwas zu eng...

Wir bedauern jedoch, dass Sie Schwierigkeiten mit unseren Parkplätzen hatten. Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass die Tiefgarage nicht uns gehört und wir deshalb leider keinen Einfluss auf die Größe der Parkplätze haben. Alles etwas verwinkelt, holzig(!) und generell dunkel. Wir hatten zwei Tage Regen und waren daher oft im Spa. Die Saunen sind sehr gut, die Ruheräume etwas altbacken, der Barbereich nicht besonders einladend und der Pool wirkte nicht sehr einladend mit der blauen Beleuchtung. Alles etwas künstlich und nicht natürlich. Auch nicht dem Stil des Hauses angemessen.

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Eindrücke mit uns zu teilen. Wir bedauern, dass Ihr Aufenthalt durch das schlechte Wetter beeinträchtigt wurde und dass einige Aspekte unseres Spas nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben.

Ihre Anmerkungen zur Einrichtung und Atmosphäre des Spas sind für uns sehr wertvoll. Wir werden diese Punkte sorgfältig überprüfen, insbesondere die Beleuchtung des Pools und die Gestaltung des Barbereichs sowie der Ruheräume. Es ist unser Ziel, eine einladende und entspannende Umgebung zu schaffen, die dem Stil unseres Hauses gerecht wird.

Muy buena a excepción del wi fi que fue absolutamente malo!!! Por lo demás nos gusto mucho el hotel.
El restaurant tiene buena comida pero muy poco variada.
Hemos tenido algún inconveniente adicional propio de un servicio “en vivo”, pero no opaca la actitud del equipo.
