Good, but not up to to the 5 star rating or price. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. But when I return to Baden Baden, I will look for alternate hotels. The bathroom suite was not as clean as I would expect for a 5 star hotel, the room was basically clean but everything was very dusty, the complimentary water was not replaced for our 2nd night, the mini-bar was basic and could not find a price list, and the immediate outside area of the hotel was dirty (ashtray not cleaned, couch dirty, the hotel entrance sidewalk dirty).
