Thank you for taking the time to provide us with such detailed feedback about your stay. We are delighted that you appreciated the central location of our hotel, as well as the cleanliness and amenities of your room.
At the same time, we sincerely regret that you were not satisfied with the service. The experiences you described at reception and in the bar do not reflect our standards of warm hospitality and attentive service. In particular, the atmosphere in the bar in the evening and the check-out process should have been more personal and welcoming.
The room cleaning procedure also fell short of our quality standards. We are sorry that unclear communication led to inconvenience. Your suggestion that our housekeeping staff should be more responsive to your requests and more flexible with cleaning times is very valuable to us.
We appreciate your candid feedback, as it helps us to further improve our processes and personal service.
