We deeply regret the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the plumbing issue in your bathroom and the housekeeping standards. It is certainly not the level of comfort and service we strive to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been—especially after a long journey from overseas. Your comments have been shared with our management and housekeeping teams for immediate review and improvement.
We also apologize for the lack of gluten-free options at breakfast. Your suggestion is appreciated, and we will explore ways to better accommodate dietary needs to ensure all our guests feel well cared for.
