Nice room a little long walk to the room 117. Bad service in reception. Good location

We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service at reception. As you left a day earlier, our colleagues refunded you for the parking ticket, which turned out to be an overpayment. As explained on-site, we are unable to refund the additional amount you paid at the parking garage.
All our guests have the option to ask the parking staff for assistance if something isn't working, or to contact us directly at the hotel by phone. We are confident that our staff was as polite and helpful as always, and we regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred.
