Everyone who worked there were kind and were always willing to help with any queries. The food was amazing in the restaurant very fresh and the room we were given the bed was so comfy I didnt want to ever get up and leave! Would highly recommend and will be coming back

Amazing experience and hotel! Had a lovely relaxing last night in Iceland. Lovely views and a perfect spot to see the northern lights.

Our overall experience was really good! Everything and everybody were super nice and easy going. Two things i have to comment on; the pillows were terrible, didn´t like how thin they were, woke up with a terribly stiff neck. Then when we visited Max´s restaurant, it took the waiters at least 10-15 minutes to serve us a water bottle and drinks and the dining hall wasn´t even fully occupied. But other then that, everything was great :)

Great experience, staff was super kind and welcoming. Restaurant was amazing and server was super friendly and helpful with the
Menu. Food was stunning! Saw the Northern Lights 2 night in a row. The lava field walk was beautiful at sunset. Would absolutely stay here again.
