Wunderbare Zimmer mit Mega Frühstück. Auch das Restaurant war klasse. Gute Lage für einen Start auf Island und super Ausgangspunkt für die Blaue Lagune.

Too expensive for what it is
Clean and well located, but still a basic and simple hotel

Nice service, also for us that have a early flight. Breakfast from 04:30

We try our best to arrange an early breakfast for our guests that have to depart early for their flight so we start our early breakfast at 04:30 am and the full breakfast buffet is from 07:00 - 10:00 am.

A lovely hotel which looked after all of our needs. Despite the timing of our trip we had a great time and will be back!

The northern lights Inn was a perfect base in which to explore this part of Iceland. Including the golden circle, The blue lagoon and Reykjavík. We had an amazing time in Iceland and we would recommend the NLI as a clean and friendly place to stay. With a good breakfast and a nice restaurant. The bonus of getting a wake up call at just gone midnight on our last night to see the northern lights sealed the deal! We will be back.

I have stayed at NLI four times, and obviously keep returning. The food is great, the hotel is quiet and relaxing, and I will do it again if I am fortunate enough to come to Iceland another time. This was my first winter experience in Iceland and especially appreciated the wake up call to view the northern lights.
