It was a great stay! Siggi the front desk manager welcomed us and made a special hot cocoa for the kids that they loved! He also guided us through the northern lights on our stay and also gave us some great recommendations for sights to visit on our way to the airport

Molto piacevole, da restare più notti sperando di vedere l'aurora. Il servizio proposto di sveglia in caso dibaurora è molto utile. Peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare per il tempo.

Siamo lieti di sapere che ha trascorso un piacevole soggiorno presso di noi e che ha apprezzato la facilità del check-in e il comfort della sua camera. È meraviglioso sapere che il nostro servizio di risveglio con l'aurora boreale sia stato uno dei momenti più apprezzati, anche se il tempo non le ha permesso di goderselo durante il suo soggiorno.

Il suo suggerimento riguardo agli asciugamani più grandi per la doccia è molto gradito. Feedback come il suo ci aiutano a comprendere meglio le esigenze dei nostri ospiti e apprezziamo molto il suo prezioso contributo.

Wir haben den Rundumservice sehr genossen (4 Uhr Frühstück, Busshuttle, großzügige Rückzugssitzecken, super freundliche Mitarbeiter, Betten sehr gut.... Ein sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot , große Obstauswahl .... Wir wollen auf alle Fälle wiederkommen !!!!

Loved the vibe of the lounge, especially when the fire was lit in the evening. The views out were amazing and honesty bar was a lovely touch.
Also the receptionists were so very helpful.
