Personal was very nice and helpful. Hotel is close to Blue Lagoon. There is a special room for watching northern light, which is very convenient, as you don't need to freeze outdoor when watching out for northern light.

My stay was fantastic! I arrived very early due to my 6:00am flight expecting to just store my luggage, but they found a room ready for me which was so nice. I was having such a great time that I've forgotten the lady's name that was such a joy to deal with. She was working the front desk and had long blonde hair. She was still there at 7:00pm at night with the same warm smile. She took great care of me and I really appreciated her kindness! The shuttle to the Blue Lagoon was very convenient. The lamb shank at the restaurant was one of the best meals I've even eaten. I'd come back to this hotel just for that meal again! Thank you for such a lovely stay, I'll be back!!

Had to move rooms as the smell of sulphur at night was overbearing.

Hi David, many thanks for your review and rating. It happens that the wind is blowing in our direction and some sulphur smell blows over. This is part of being next to the Blue Lagoon but most of the time the wind is blowing in opposite direction. We are happy that you did enjoy your stay despite of this and do hope to see you again, one day.

Everything was excellent apart from the fact we didn’t see any Northern lights! Nice touches like the open fire in communal lounge. Clean and modern. Coffee was great!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The service was impeccable. So friendly. Dinner in Max’s restaurant was delicious. The staff were really attentive and friendly. They have a fabulous glass dome on top of the Inn from where you are able to view the Northern Lights. I really appreciated the help I was given with my car on the morning of our departure. A really lovely stay. Thank you.

Was wonderful. Saw the Northern Lights. Visited the Blue Lagoon. Love the staff. Food was excellent. Room was comfy and clean.

好好。舒適休閒體驗。有Spa丶桑拿丶Aurora Floating等設施。休息房丶休閒廳有提供免費咖啡、朱古力奶喝，還有免費自制waffle 提供給大家。餐廳環境好，食物十分美味。天氣雖然勁寒冷，酒店內是暖暖的，不會過熱。員工有禮和肯幫忙解決問題。在極光季節，只要提出要Aurora 通知，員工在Aurora 出現便會call你出去看看。價錢雖然畧貴，但是物有所值。如果再來冰島，你們一定是我第一選擇。
