Wonderful, friendly staff. Not much luck with the lights but that's nature! Staff really helpful and made all the difference.

It was absolutely amazing. We really love idea of Northernlight wake up call. The staff was super helpful and friendly!

excellent! shower handles for older people with mobility issues would be a plus

After having tried to book for two years (and got delayed due to eruptions) so happy we finally made it! Siggy was so helpful by email in helping us book our spa treatments and activities and Anna at the front was amazingly helpful! Siggy came and found us at dinner for the northern lights and it was stunningly gorgeous! Thank you Siggy and Anna!
