Decent, just little details that were lacking and could have made the experience a lot better.

Location is great, Rooms are not really nice, a little bit in a 70's style

My daughter and I did a couple day stopover with Icelandair. We chose Northern Lights because it is close to the airport and Blue Lagoon. They couldn’t have been more accommodating, arranging a great taxi tour of the local area, wonderful spread for included breakfast, and fresh halibut as fish of the day in dining room with a parsnip smear.Super clean, comfy beds, changed out linens to feather free. And helped arrange transport. Other than that just nice, friendly folks made us feel welcome.

Great place to land for a night. We were not aware it was next to a power plant so the view and smell were our least favorite of the whole trip, but the location could not be beat near the blue lagoon and airport.

For our extra 2 nights in Reykjavik, staying at Northern Light Inn was perfect; clean & big room for our family of 4. Very friendly & helpful staff!
