We loved it. Great to meet the rest of our group in the living room for cocktails or hot chocolate before and/or after dinner. Loved exploring the west coast from there and the drive into Reykjavik was easy. Everyone friendly and helpful. And we saw the Northern Lights!

Great location for our last night! Loved the lounge and honor bar. Food was delicious! We had dinner and breakfast there. Location is minutes from Blue Lagoon and I'm sure much cheaper than the hotels there.

They were supposed to inform us about lights we were not. Others in the hotel were informed that was the reason for our trip.

Hi Williams, we are sorry to hear that you did not get a wake up call form us. As we inform all our guests you can list up for a wake up call and if the lights appear after midnight we have a system that calls the rooms that have listed for a wake up call. So basically, we enter the rooms that have listed in this system and the system calls all the rooms. The System either calls all the rooms or no room. We always try our best to make sure that everyone that has listed is in the system and receives the call. Maybe the phone was not correctly placed in the docking system or we have made a mistake by not listing your room for the call. Either way, we are truly sorry to hear that you did not get a wake-up call as we try very hard to make sure that everyone that wants to be waken up is in our system.

We came as a 3 generation family and we all enjoyed our stay with you. Very relaxing. Some thoughtful touches to make us welcome including the honesty bar and the puzzles and games, together with the wake up call so as not to miss the Northern Lights which we were lucky to experience. We also appreciated the shuttle to and from the Blue Lagoon which we also enjoyed. Will recommend you over staying in Reykjavik, which we did for one night at the end of our stay but found it too noisy and busy in comparison to staying with you.
