Fredirik was amazing and added so much to our trip. He is very knowledgeable of the area and shared much useful information with use. Would return over and over.

I enjoyed the May timeframe I visited. Very quiet, not many customers. Don’t know how experience would be in a fully booked hotel to staffing ratio.

This was a perfect place to end our trip to Iceland, close to airport, quiet, clean, and wonderful staff.

Best location, excellent service throughout the property and staff. Very home feeling, even down to the puzzle; which is one of my favorite leisure things to do. Experience was worth the room rate.

Staff was very friendly but the overall facility needs some money spent on it. It’s dated. I had to ask if it was built as a work camp originally and converted.

Spend some our money we spend in your hotel and make it equal to the prices you charge.

Get rid of your grandparents furniture that’s hanging around and have continuity.

We are a small family owned hotel and our style is to have this as an Icelandic home and not like any other hotels you will find. But we understand that this is not everyone's style.
