We stayed here accidentally when I messed up our reservation at Silica. The entire family agreed that it was a good mistake. The rooms were spotless, the restaurant exceeded expectations greatly. The shuttle to the Blue Lagoon is perfectly convenient, and the walk is very short if you prefer. We had a great time, and would recommend both the hotel and the restaurant to anyone planning a Blue Lagoon trip. The hotel is actually much nicer than its marketing/internet image as is the restaurant. Food is top notch, get the fish of the day. Fresh, excellent ingredients, every meal was perfectly prepared.
