Really good customer service. I could give you the maximum stars if there was a possibility. From the check in to check out the service was great. The staff at the reception were really very helpful and kind. I do not everyones names, but karolina, she was the best and same way all the other staff at the reception. It really felt so comfortable to ask for help and advice, also prompt response to the emails. Hats off to you all wonderful people. The restaurant staff tooo were amazing and kind, and very helpful. Actually I have no words, on how to express my thank you to all of you at Northern lights inn,from reception staff, to restaurant staff, to cleaning staff and staff at the spa. You do a great job. Thank you very much. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

We had exceptionally pleasant service from staff. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Excellent meal at dinner and breakfast buffet. I loved the lounge area with honor bar. We had drinks, did puzzles and enjoyed hanging out on the couches. The hotel has a very convenient location to the Blue Lagoon (5 minutes) and the Keflavik airport. We were slightly surprised to overlook an industrial plant amidst the otherworldly lava landscape.... but it was an experience one often doesn't have. We will stay here again for sure next time we visit Iceland.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Free water, coffee, and tea during the stay was appreciated. Availability of an honesty bar is nice, although some more snacks like sandwiches or salads would be awesome for late check-ins or returns to the hotel. Room was OK, although it could use some renovation. Sulphur smell was very intense due to the location close to a power plant, even inside the room.

Dear Lucas, we are happy to hear that you did enjoy our services and facilities. When the wind is blowing our direction, we get the sulphur smell but this is the cost of being close to the Blue Lagoon as sulphur is one of the main ingredient in the lagoon. We do hope to see you again some day.

Your two reception personnel. Gabor and the American can't remember name. They were very informative and helpfull. You have a great staff. Very pleasant.

The Inn was beautiful and clean, but most importantly, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. When we arrived back to the hotel after a long day of travel and visiting the Blue Lagoon, we were starving and the restaurant was already closed. The guy working at the front desk was so nice and made us a huge batch of French fries with ketchup (for 5 people) and hand delivered it to our room. Wonderful service at a beautiful family-run business. Highly recommend!
