Overall an A+ experience. It provided the more relaxed experience that we desired. We had originally planned to stay in the capitol but as the weather got worse, and having an early flight out, staying closer to the Keflavik airport made a lot of sense.

This is a very nice hotel, close to the Blue Lagoon, with a shuttle to take you back and forth. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Max's restaurant was delicious too!

Excellent staff and proximity to Blue Lagoon. Great breakfast buffet and relaxing atmosphere.

Service was excellent. We appreciated the early arrival accommodations. The only issue we had was that our room was too warm. We had to open the windows to cool it off. We couldn't leave the windows open all night for sleeping.

The hotel was beautiful. A good location between the airport and Reykjavik. Rooms were well appointed, clean and comfy, good quality toiletries. We weren’t lucky enough to experience the northern lights but I hear this is in a perfect location to see them.

The cozy room with the honesty bar was lovely and there is also complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate available 24/7.

The only minor down side was the smell from the power plant but that can’t be helped.
