A bit of an unpleasant sulfur smell throughout the grounds. Very close and easy access to Blue Lagoon.

Hi Tim, thank you for your rating. We sometimes get the sulfur smell, when the wind is blowing in our direction, but this comes with having the Blue Lagoon. We do hope that you have enjoyed your stay with us and we do hope to see you again, some day.

Excellent friendly staff! They let me stay extra nights in the same room after I got sick. One of the staff even picked up Powerade in town for me when I was sick and couldn’t leave. They made me feel safe and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Amazing!

I wasn’t expecting much because it was cheap, but NLI is actually and excellent choice for those visiting the blue lagoon or even the rest of Iceland. I really liked the room, the view, the bed, the shower with those l’occitane products… superior hospitality service. I’d definitely book with you again.
