STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT WAS GOOD. COMMON AREA WAS LOVELY FOR RELAXING AFTER A DAY AT THE BLUE LAGOON. HAD A MASSAGE IN THE SPA - FANTASTIC!!

Very motivated, friendly staff.
Strange location next to the noisy geothermal power plant.

I felt like I had stepped back in time. we loved it there. it really felt like family, the personal items in the bathroom were a wonderful touch. beds very comfortable. it felt like a lot of thought went into making sure everything was just perfect for guests.the staff in the restaurant were also amazing, they were very accommodating, and the food was delicious. if we could’ve seen the northern lights, it would’ve been perfect.!😊

The Inn was beautiful. You offered the best breakfast buffet I've ever seen at a hotel before. The rooms were wonderful. I especially enjoyed the wake up call list to see the Northern Lights. I look forward to my next stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Nice staff, great location to go to Blue Lagoon. Appreciated the late checkout. One negative- charge for the spa - this is a relatively expensive hotel, so the spa should be free for all rooms.

We appreciate your perspective regarding the spa access. We started with free access for all rooms, but when this was free of charge the SPA was full of people fully clothed in outdoor shoos so the experience was unfortunately not good. Once we included the entrance in our stay in Deluxe and Superior rooms, while we charge a small fee for other, this drastically changed to the better. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts and for your high recommendation.

Great location with a great vibe. The front desk person was very detailed and even picked us up at the blue lagoon when we missed the shuttle.
Food was amazing and breakfast was a HUGE spread. We would stay there again!
