Attentive welcome and perfect taking care of client stress when he feels he is in a hurry. Persons who welcome you at reception always available and positively attentive.

Unbelievable! We are planning our next trip already and will include our college aged kids to join us.

Great location for staying near the Blue Lagoon. The “honesty” bar & free afternoon waffles were much appreciated.

Would never book it again

Dear Julia, thank you for your review. We are sorry that we have not met your expectations. It would have been of value for us to know what went wrong as we don't recall having had any issues during your stay and hence as we don't know what is the cause of you never booking with us again, it is difficult for us to learn and improve. We do however hope that you have many good memories from visiting our country.

Excellent. This was our first time visiting Iceland and the staff answered all my questions and made our experience very easy and stress free. The airport transfer booked through the hotel was a great service. We had a fantastic night's sleep, the pillows and the bed were very comfortable and after 8 days of travelling it was very appreciated. Special thanks to Tim for arranging everything for us and making it very easy to visit a new country.
