Rather disappointing considering the price. We visited other hotels in Iceland within the same price range and the facility, the room, the breakfast were much better

Great place and excellent customer service. The people are so friendly and really helpful. We left some items in our room and the guy (Ziggy) came to the location I was at dropped it off. The staff is amazing! The only complaint I have is the water in shower is not hot…it’s actually cool.

We are surprised to hear that there was no hot water in your shower as we have actually +80°celcius hot water that we need to cool down before we have it in our rooms. The staff was excellent . Rooms and common areas clean and accommodating. Liked that the breakfast area was open for early departure and if we had stayed when arriving had a breakfast option. Also liked the drink and snack options offered on honor system. This was one of the top hotels we stayed in during our trip. Well managed establishment.

The overall experience was positive. It is well located to the blue lagoon and airports and we enjoyed the walking trail through the lava rock field. Our concerns are listed above

This was a fantastic location in order to walk to the Blue Lagoon. We loved the atmosphere.

Great hotel, great location, very helpful staff.

Only comment I have is; for this price i would expect everything to be perfect, but it was not perfect, but very good.

Great service! Person at night helped get us from the airport late at night. Went the extra mile.
