I enjoyed the location, especially the walking paths through the lava fields and the proximity to the Blue Lagoon. The staff at the front desk was excellent…helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the convenience of eating in the restaurant, and it was delicious! The showers were very relaxing, too. And, the chocolates and complimentary tea and coffee were a very nice touch. :)

Excellent. The hotel is just a couple minutes from the Blue Lagoon. We were so relaxed after our soak and grateful we did not have far to go. It was also so nice to eat at Max's and not have to go out again for dinner. The Honesty Bar was one of my favorite features, a comfortable space with drinks and treats, and just write down what you pick out on a pad of paper. There were games, including a cheese table where my daughter and husband picked up a game they hadn't play in a few years.
