Very disappointing based on how much we paid and the impressions we got from the website photos. There was some kind of construction going on during most of our time there, and some of the “spa” services were unavailable. The building and rooms were very industrial and seemed like they were previous military barracks that were minimally redecorated. It would probably still be somewhere we’d stay, if the price wasn’t so disproportionate. We don’t need anything fancy, but even with a steep discount code, the price was just wildly unjustifiable. We were so lucky to see the aurora and for the most part, all the staff was very kind and friendly. Just was not what we expected.

We regret that aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the price. We understand how these elements affected your overall impression and recognize that your concerns regarding value are important. We do however not fully understand what you mean with some kind of cunstruction as they only thing happening during your stay was that we were laying a new carpet on the stairs to the tower so the tower, which is a small part of our building was closed. All our services in the SPA were available except the floating tanks which we communicate on our website.
