Wonderful staff, easy to get to, very clean and comfy hotel, lovely restful guest lounge, exciting chances to see the aurora, food was fair.

The hotel is very cozy, the staff friendly and helpful and Max’s Restaurant is really good.

An easy checkin and checkout process that also included warm welcome from staff daily, to include working with Katarina a few times prior to arrival, customer service based hotel, exceptional cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, with very comfortable and well-maintained rooms and beds. The guest lounge was so inviting! A great place to relax & reflect on the day’s activities. If I could give it ten stars I would do that!
