Staff was excellent. Stayed late to check us in after getting stuck in a snow storm. Highly recommend.

As when I last stayed 11 years ago, I found NLI very peaceful. I love the location, it just near the Lagoon, but also in the middle of a lava field. No noise, no bustle, no traffic. And of course the shuttle to the Lagoon is a gift.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is just 3 minutes drive from the Blue Lagoon, so very convenient! The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The restaurant was amazing - the food was the best we have eaten in Iceland and the service very attentive and fast.

Wonderful! We arrived very early thinking to just enjoy the view until our room was ready but they got us right in. The whole place is so cozy and charming, lovely dinner and breakfasts, warm kind service and we saw the northern lights! 10 out of 10, would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing stay, the location was just perfect. We managed to see the northern lights every night we stayed (3 nights). This is a great location if you are also wanting to drive the Golden circle or visit the south of Iceland by car. The front desk was and all of the staff were very friendly. We would 100% stay here again!!!!
