Very disappointing. Most expensive place we stayed and liked it the least. Requested table at Max's for dinner at 7pm but told only 5:30 or 6pm were available so had to cut short our Blue Lagoon experience to make the 6pm. There were 3-4 couples there and it stayed that way until almost 7:30 when people started trickling in and even when we left at 7:45 the place was less than 30% full!

Hi, we are sorry to hear that we failed to meet your expectation. The reason we could not sit you at 1900 was the fact that we had a big group staying with us this night and they were having dinner in Max's lounge, next to our restaurant. In events like this, we offer other hotel guests to dine before or after the group as the kitchen is simply overloaded when we have groups and having many other tables at the same time will simply mean that nobody will be happy. We are a small hotel so when we have hotel groups, these things happen and we try our best to work around this to serve all our guests as well as possible. In case of a group that is not staying in our hotel, we always try to make sure that these groups are not seated between 19 and 20:30 as this is the most favourite time for our hotel guests, that will always have priority to our restaurant over walk in. In this case you mention, we are talking about a group that was staying at our hotel, hence they got this time for dining.

The staff was super friendly, the great room was cozy and perfectly lit, the spa was so relaxing, the breakfast was delicious, and the shuttle to Blue Lagoon was convenient! Everything about my stay was thoughtful and well-done. I will definitely return :)

The experience I received was excellent from the time I checked in until I departed. The employees treated everyone with respect and kindness and were very supportive to help you out. The place was very pleasant and clean. I will gladly return again to your place.

Absolutely love it here! Warm welcome, clean and comfortable room, great communication. Love the "DIY Waffles" and honesty bar in the lounge. Lovely staff on reception. Even spotted the Northern Lights from the really cool 360 tower and captured some great photos from the car park. A really great place to stay. Will definitely return!

The NLI is very remote from Reykjavik and opportunities to explore there. The Inn lacks a concierge service, although people at the desk did try to be helpful, I found myself hiring my own driver with Puffing cab for a day in Reykjavik, and finding my own tour for the Golden Circle.

Kom skemmtilega á óvart í alla staði. Flotið, herbergin og maturinn. Bara heildar upplifunin mjög góð
