The front desk personnel were exceptional. My sister needed a covid test and the front desk scheduled it for her a set up a cab. The gentleman from the US was friendly and enjoyable.

The service at Northern Lights INN was spectacular from the shuttle service to recommendations of places to visit while we were there and knowledge about Iceland. Special shout outs to Anna and Johann. They went above and beyond to help us.
