Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, un szu bewerten. Ihre Verbesserungsvorschläge nehmen wir uns gerne zu Herzen. Bei unserem beliebten Frühstücksbuffet kann es in seltenen Fällen zu solch einem Vorfall kommen. Allerdings sollte es maximal einige Minuten dauern, bis alles wieder vorrrätig ist. Wir hoffen natürlich, das Rührei hat auch mit dem Löffel geschmeckt. ;-)

Wir kommen häifig in das Hotel. Wäre es nicht gut, würden wir es nicht erneut buchen.

Vi har været jer mange og vil elske at komme tilbage. Specielt gårdmiljøet er helt fantastisk.

Leider kommt es bei hohem Aufkommen an der Rezeption in unserem schönen Innenhof leider manchmal zu Wartezeiten. Dies tut uns leid. De volgende keer zou ik zeker en ander hotel boeken. Dit hotel is zijn geld niet waard.

We would like to emphasize that we attach great importance to the satisfaction of our guests and regret that we could not meet your expectations. We take note of your criticism regarding the wrong photos.

However, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast. We place great emphasis on providing our guests with a comprehensive and high quality breakfast experience.

Regarding the cleanliness, we would like to sincerely apologize. This is not up to our standards and we will ensure that our cleaning team avoids such issues in the future.

We take your suggestion regarding a renovation of the room or a price reduction seriously. We will discuss this internally and look into how we can provide an improved experience for our guests.
