We regret that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding your request for an early check-out, please note that reservations made through external booking platforms are subject to the booking conditions agreed to at the time of reservation. In this case, changes or cancellations were only possible up to one day prior to arrival, and any modification request must be processed through the booking platform.
Our team reviewed your request during your stay and initially looked into possible options within these conditions. However, as the situation and the communication with our team evolved, we ultimately decided that an early check-out with refund could not be accommodated.
Regarding the comments about cleanliness, housekeeping can be requested at any time either by placing the door sign outside the apartment or by contacting the reception directly. As you were in contact with our team several times during your stay, we would have gladly arranged cleaning for you at any point had this been mentioned.
