vielen Dank, dass Sie sich Zeit genommen haben uns zu bewerten! Leider ist die gewünschte Tischreservierung in Ihrem Fall versäumt worden - dies tut uns natürlich sehr leid. Zusammen haben wir dann eine ebenso gute Alternative für Sie gesucht und reserviert. In der Hochsaison arbeitet das Team auf Hochtouren und versucht alles um alle Zimer für alle Anreisenden so schnell und gründlich wie möglich herzurichten. Da dies nicht immer möglich ist garantieren wir unseren Gästen aktuell einen Check-In um 15 Uhr. Uns freut es aber sehr, dass es Ihnen sonst gut bei uns gefallen hat! Gerne empfangen wir Sie in der Zukunft erneut im ONNO und im Restaurant drei.

Appartement in brick building is absoluut geen 175 euro waard.

Hello, thank you for your review! In the time of your stay the city cleaned their pipes. Since we're close to the city centre this leads to water level fluctuations in our pipes and the development of odors. We apologize for this, but unfortunately we have no control over it. Unfortunately, you did not like our upgrade to the much larger room compared to the room you had booked. We are sorry for that. Of course, you could have asked for a different room at reception.
Nevertheless, we hope to welcome you again in the future.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt auf der Heimreise aus Schweden. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Frühstück war super. Ruhige Lage mitten in der Stadt, Parken kein Problem.
