The Buffet is a nice set-up yet the quality of the food is good but not special. So I would say it is fair for the price you pay and a good ratio. Especially as it is unlimited.

My only suggestion would be to improve the a la carte dishes to a higher standard.
But new restaurant is coming and opening the 6th. Looking forward.
