Hemos estado muy a gusto, el edificio tiene mucho encanto, a orillas del Darro y bajo la Alhambra, en pleno centro de Granada. El personal encantador. En fin, para repetir. Una pequeña pega, nuestra habitación daba a la calle muy transitada los fines de semana y algo ruidosa.

Très bel hôtel qui garde une âme particulière avec sa déco typiquement Andalouse. Très jolis patios et très bon rapport qualité/prix des prestations. A conseiller

It was very nice. The only recommendation we would make is that it would be good if the Hotel emails guest(s) about one week prior to let them know that there is no adjacent parking. This could include a set of instructions such as: please park at one of the following parking decks and either a) walk or b) take a cab to the hotel from there. We spent a very stressful hour driving through very narrow streets using our GPS.

Sólo hemos hemos pasado una noche, pero de las muchas que hemos pasado en Granada, sin duda ha sido la mejor. La sensación de dormir entre tanta magia e historia, inolvidable. Recomendable leer algo de Mariana Pineda antes de entrar en este edificio del s.XVII. Por lo demás, habitación, comodidad, personal...de 10. Repetiremos seguro.

Buena ubicacion y muy buen trato Habitacion y desayuno correctos. Lo peor son las escaleras de la entrada hasta llegar a la recepcion

Very poor ! We were really upset with the condition of the hotel and in particular the room it self, we looked at several different hotels we could of booked and chose yours due to location and customer feed back from Trip Advisor, we always check Trip advisor prior to any bookings we make and my wife is a Platinum reviewer as we travel extensively and always report on hotels and restaurants used. If you would like to go some way to putting our experience back on track, a refund for the second night that we didn't use would be a nice gesture of goodwill. In addition to the above your web site states that you have a restaurant in the cellar (Bodega 1644) that is below the main court yard opening 2015 this is not open and still advertised, we also assumed that as a four star hotel room service would be available, it wasn't !!! Last but not least we were also informed that the heating was off between 2 and 4 in the afternoon it was circa four degrees out side which made our room uncomfortable.

房间很漂亮，位置也很不错，交通方便，去阿宫很坐大巴、打车都很快。服务态度也不错。

Absolutely incredible. I cannot fault the hotel or the staff at all. The room was exceptional, my partner and I loved the location, and our interaction with the staff was helpful and pleasant. 100% recommend!

The location is at the Plaza de Nueva, not near the scenic spots, you need take bus. Besides that, everything is fine.
