Posizione ottima ma a livello architettonico non è ideale x persone con problemi di movimentazione. Scalini altissimi. Personale scortese e freddo e per l illuminazione allo ingresso e patio assente. La camera molto buia.

Beautiful hotel, very well positioned, tons of character, they need to adapt quicker to the winter, Granada was very cold compared to the rest of Spain, the room was freezing! The fact it was an old building adds charm and all the great things about staying there, but it also adds to the fact that there's no double glazing (that's is perfectly fine, I love my balcony window and views). Room temperature control would make for a perfect place.

Our experience here was excellent. The stsff were friendly, helpful and gregarious.We would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. The location is perfect because it is close to both the Alahambra, and the Hammam. The river is literally outside the front door.

It was a comfortable quiet hotel in the historic part of Granada. My overall experience was very enjoyable.

It was room like it because it's very antique. The room is warm and clean. The staff were very friendly. It is good position. But the room was dark and uncomfortable water sprinkler in the shower room. Anyway, perfect, except for some uncomfortable . :D

We loved it.
The room was great, the bed comfortable and the way the building has been converted is a joy. The view of the Alhambra was delightful and the whole experience was unlike anything we have ever experienced before. We will be going back for a longer stay.
Downside? We visited at the end of October when it rained, so we were unable to enjoy the 5 (?) open courtyards around which the hotel is built. Oh and parking is a 10 minute walk away which is not good when the heavens open on the way back to the car. And it costs 19Euros a day.
