A sido una experiencia maravillosa...el personal encantador sobre todo la muchacha que me atendió el domingo al medio dia que no paraba de sonreir y me parecio encantadora y la habitación inmejorable como la de un palacio

It was an interesting experience to stay in a heritage building. I stayed in a suite facing the river and it has good view of the neighborhood. Staff are friendly and gave helpful in exploring the city. Yet the bedroom facility is quite basic, not decorated to match the style & star rating of the hotel.

EL HOTEL ES PRECIOSO, TIENE UNA UBICACIÓN PERFECTA Y AFORTUNADAMENTE NUESTRA HABITACIÓN TENIA UNAS VISTAS ESPECTACULARES A LA ALHAMBRA.

Everything was great. We loved the hotel, location and staff . First time in Granada and we don't speak Spanish so we needed help! And the staff provided everything- and more! THANKS!!

Average. The rooms had a foul odour and they were loud at night as others in the hotel were fighting (not your fault). AC inefficient
