Muy bien, muy satisfactoria. El único inconveniente es la conexión Wifi, no conseguí conectarme, pero bueno, entiendo que es un edificio antiguo, histórico, que tiene sus limitaciones.

We booked this hotel on a friends recommendation and were not disappointed. From start to finish we were made to feel special and we wouldn't think to stay anywhere else in Granada. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Very Good! Great ambience, perfect situation, very friendly staff, good breakfast, rooms could be slightly upgraded, price seems OK. Will definitely send my friends :-)

Es ist schon grenzwertig, wie man diesen Frühstücksraum so eng mit Tischen und Stühlen belegen kann. Ohne bei jeder Bewegung an einem anderen Gast oder Tisch etc. anzustoßen geht nicht. Und dabei müsste wäre die Umorganisation des Raumes eine Sache von max. 15 Minuten. Diese Meinung teilten übrigens scheinbar alle Frühstücksgäste, als mir ob der vorhandenen Enge ein Glas beinahe herunter gefallen wäre.

However we were sorry to read that we did not meet your expectations.

Size of the rooms are different because this is a house from 17th Century and we keep original contruction, so some rooms are very big with bath or jacuzzi other smalls and others midium size. Really charming of the hotel is that each room is different. We tought that you liked your room, there was another availables rooms during your stay. We would have changed her room you had we known .

Regarding the breakfast, for improve it we changed the system 5 days ago. We quited some tables and now you need a reservation for get the breakfast. So, not many people at the same time in the room.
With regard to staff, during that weekend there was a person who does not have much experience but as you know we always have someone else in another desk for support. We will take note of your comment.
