Just idyllic. I usually prefer modern 5 * hotels. But not this time, not in Granada.

I couldn't fault this hotel, and thought it should be 5 *s, not four. The afternoon tea is also included and is in the very old part of the hotel surrounded by flowers. The bathroom has a spa, chairs fit onto the balcony and you can wave to the folks walking around the old section. The local bars and restaurants are beautiful, esp with the live entertainment from guitarists. The staff were fabulous. Reminded me a bit of the Danielli in Venice.

Il soggiorno ok ma il prezzo troppo alto per la struttura non è di certo un 4 stelle.

Innanzitutto la ringraziamo per il suo commento in merito al suo recente soggiorno presso il nostro hotel.
Mi spiace molto leggere che non siamo stati in grado di soddisfare le sue aspettative.
A tal proposito vorremmo spiegarle alcuni dettagli relativi alla struttura: le dimensioni delle camere sono diverse in quanto si tratta di un palazzo del 17mo secolo e per questo motivo nella realizzazione delle stanze si e' dovuta rispettare la costruzione originale. I bagni sono dotati di vasca idromassaggio ed inoltre possiamo offrire ai nostri clienti due junior suites con Jacuzzi. La sua camera dispone di un caminetto originale del 17mo secolo che si affaccia direttamente alla Carrera del Darro con vista sul Alhambra; per questo motivo mi spiace che la stanza non sia stata di suo gradimento.
Per quanto riguarda la prima colazione , vi posso assicurare che tutto il cibo è fatto nello stesso giorno .
Vogliamo ringraziarla per le sue riflessioni che sicuramente valuteremo per poter migliorare la qualita' del nostro servizio.
Ci auguriamo inoltre che il suo prossimo soggiorno a Granada sia nuovamente presso il nostro hotel. Potrete godere di uno sconto del 50 per cento sul vostro prossimo soggiorno

O atendimento é excelente, todos muito gentis. Especialmente a Angela que nos forneceu dicas de passeios. Acomodações charmosas e confortáveis, só não considero o quarto excelente, porque as paredes não tem isolamento acústico entre os quartos. Indicarei para meus amigos.

Das Hotel hat sicher einen besonderen flair, aber Manches ist auch nur alt. Wegen des Lärms am Abend und in der Nacht würde ich es nicht nochmals buchen.

Ottimo, personale preparato e gentile , camera fantastica . Avevamo la suite . Lo consiglio vivamente
