Muy agradable y positiva. Si tuviera que ir a Granada no buscaría otro hotel.
También recomendaría este hotel a familiares y amigos.
El precio es algo alto, si fuese algo más economico sería un 10.

Staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful with booking train, flamenco etc. There was a room service menu in the room but when we phoned to order we were told there was no room service available. My partner then got locked out when he then went out for food even though it's supposed to be 24 hour reception. But overall these were small issues as the hotel is beautiful, the room was lovely and the staff were so helpful. Particularly with booking our onward train travel. It was a lovely experience and I would definitely stay again.

Satisfaisante bien que l'accès à l'hôtel musée soit un peu compliqué. Néanmoins la qualité de l'endroit rattrape cette contrainte.

Un lugar encantador para disfrutar Granada. la casa es preciosa y la rehabilitación perfecta. la habitación está cuidada con mimo.

Loved our stay. Location was perfect. The room was exactly what I requested--River and Alhambra views. Staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. They also offered great restaurant recommendations. Will return.
