This trip was booked as a Christmas present for my mother. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel, its helpful staff and great location. The only thing that let it down in any way was the lack of coffee and milk in the room, which we were looking forward to after our trip to sierra navada. We had to wait until 4.30pm for coffee in the buffet room. We weren't aware the hotel had a restaurant, which could have been better communicated. However there are lots of bodegas and bakeries nearby, so this wasn't a problem. Would stay again if we come back to granada.

muy buena, acogedora, el único contra es que la bañera de hidromasaje no funcionaba pero por lo demás excelente en todos los sentidos

Aceptable quedando con la duda si hay otras habitaciones con menos pasillo inútil y frio y más cómodas.
