Una estancia muy agradable en un establecimiento de lujo. Las habitaciones son amplias con vistas maravillosas y tanto el personal como el servicio han sido estupendos. Su ubicación es excelente, andando se puede llegar a cualquier sitio de interés turístico,gastronómico o de diversión.

A really wonderful hotel with fantastic location, comfort, clean and in particular the fantastic staff, in particular the young Italian lady. Would very much recommend to any of my friends and potential visitors to a wonderful city.

Wonderful building, very attentive staff, poor and unimaginative breakfast. Unfortunately a small glitch regarding information for the parking fee revealed staff's lack of tact and experience with high level of service.

Sorprendidos con la ubicación, la amabilidad del servicio, y sobre todo por la excelente habitación. Hemos disfrutado de muchas suites por el mundo y la nuestra en su Hotel nada tiene que envidiar

The room was good: I liked the European style of your hotel and the location was good and I enjoyed the atmosphere and beautiful scenery of Granada through the window.
But the breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing.

No tengo queja ninguna de las instalaciones ni de la limpieza, así como de la ubicación que es idílica, pero el servicio es pésimo. Solicité el pack romántico y cuando llegué no estaba listo. También solicité una cuna la cual vino sin sábanas y rota por un lado, por no decir que me la encontré en la puerta y la tuve que montar yo. También pedí hielo que todavía estoy esperando y, por último, he de decir que la recepción del hotel solo estuvo abierta unas horas por la mañana. El resto del tiempo tuve que dirigirme a la de un hotel vecino que comunica por una puerta. En resumen: desastroso.

Service was great but for one thing: we thought we could drive to the hotel, and with much difficulty found out we could not. The website says parking is available at the hotel. We drove down a very narrow lane, scratching the rental car; after this one of us stayed with the car ( parked illegally) while the other found the hotel by walking, to be told no parking was available. It was hard to enjoy our stay after such a stressful beginning.
