there is a need for a lift in the property, at least a small one for luggage
Safe in the rooms is necessary nowadays, it's uncomfortable to go back and forth to get something from the safe in the lobby

ブッキングコムで予約ミスがあり、一時は619ユーロ課金される騒動がありましたが、ホテル、ブッキングコムともに誠意ある対応してくれて無事返金を受けることができました。
このホテルのすばらしいのは立地場所。
アルハンブラ宮殿、なんちゃらの丘、バル通り、いずれも徒歩移動可能です。
グラダナに来た際はぜひこちらで宿泊を。

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location to explore Granada on foot. Beautiful original features in a historic building that doesn't let you forget you are in a historic city. Only a 15 minute walk to the Alhambra Palace and tickets booked by the friendly and helpful hotel staff meant we could avoid long queues and the chance of not getting in. Only negative is the hotel doesn't have its own bar but not really a problem as the hotel is situated close to a hub of bars and restaurants. It's also situated in a part of town where cars are restricted, so we parked in a public car park in town and walked from there. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I didn't really know what to expect before arriving the hotel, only that it is so highly rated on booking.com. I must say we were amazed by the level of service, the room, the hotel building, and the location. We had an excellent time with the hotel and in Granada. Would totally recommend the hotel to others!
