The hotel location is lovely. Right near the river and our room had a view of the Alhambra. The front desk service was excellent. They made flamenco reservations for us and had great restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Tiene el encanto de un edificio de varios siglos y con una historia (Mariana Pineda) muy interesante, pero creo que no se le saca el partido que debiera. Que tenga la recepción y el desayuno compartido con el hotel colindante (Casa Capitel Nazarí) es un poco llamativo y algo desconcertante, tienes la sensación de estar como de invitado y no en "tu casa". El servicio de habitaciones a través del restaurante no está muy bien coordinada, ya que no sabían si se podía hacer o no y había que pagarlo directamente al restaurante y no se podía cargar a la habitación. Da la sensación de que la gestión del hotel se ha "subcontratado" al otro hotel y no se siente como propia. Los servicios en general que se prestan creo que se quedan un poco cortos para un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Great, I loved the place. But since our family room by the street was really noisy, I think it would have been nice to be given a room for free so I could have a good night of sleep instead of charging me an extra 40 for it when I asked at 11:30 pm because I just really could not sleep, considering it's a 4 stars hotel and there were lots of rooms available as it's sort of off-peak season. Also, I think you should advertise more the restaurant because we did not see it, I suppose it's not very visible, but that is not a problem at all, I just thought about it as we did walk around the beautiful place but did not see any restaurant.
